An order placed through our website constitutes an offer to purchase. A contract is formed only when we confirm your order by email and payment has been successfully processed. We reserve the right to refuse any order at our discretion.
As all items are bespoke or one-of-a-kind, we cannot guarantee availability. If a stone or item becomes unavailable after your order is placed, we will contact you to arrange a refund or alternative.
All prices are displayed in Pounds Sterling (GBP) and are inclusive of VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice. The price charged will be the price displayed at the time of your order.
Payment is processed securely through Stripe. We accept all major credit and debit cards. Full payment is required at the time of order unless alternative arrangements have been agreed in writing with Qalb Jewels. For alternative payment arrangements, please contact us before placing your order.
Many of our items are bespoke, handcrafted to order, or involve unique, one-of-a-kind gemstones. As such, they may be exempt from the standard 14-day right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. We will make clear at point of purchase whether an item is bespoke.
Natural gemstones are unique by nature. Minor variations in colour, inclusion pattern, and appearance are not defects — they are characteristics of the stone.
